An modern, adaptable approach to our traditional Taekwondo class for individuals with disabilities. Participants show increased range of motion and improved confidence while staying active, learning the importance of self-defense, goal setting and making new friends.​

Ambassadors assist with outreach and select self-defense workshops. Taekwondo students ages 13+ are automatically enrolled in ACETSS Ambassador Program.
