About the event

Can't wait to Empower You!

Our goal isn't just to teach self-defense; it's to empower individuals with the tools needed to stay safe in an increasingly uncertain world where violence is all to common. Did you know a violent crime takes place every 25.6 seconds in the U.S., or every 45 seconds an LGBTQ youth ages 13-24 attempts suicide? We strive to not only educate but to equip individuals to create safer and more resilient communities. Your ticket purchase, sponsorship, or donation helps us continue our mission to Empower Souls, Transform Lives.  Thank you for your support!

Dress code: come as you are, there is no dress code for a self-defense workshop, all techniques can be done in heels if need be.
