If you didn’t know all the incredible things we’ve been up to, it's time to sign up for our blog and discover the real difference we're making. So far in 2025, we’ve held 468 Taekwon-Do classes, and 10 self-defense workshops, reaching thousands of individuals of all ages and abilities. Each session is more than kicks and punches—it’s confidence, inclusion, and empowerment. Our programs reach ‘the anyones’ - trauma survivors, refugees, individuals with disabilities, amputees, peer support groups, seniors, ‘at-risk’ teens and more. Our unique sponsorship model and live-streaming programs ensure the benefits are far reaching.

A PASSION FOR SAFETY - our why
Why are we so passionate about human safety? The FBI states a violent crime is committed every 25.6 seconds. When you book a workshop for your team, organization, members, we head out on mission offering a free workshop to those in need. In our first full operating year, our programs empowered over 2,500 souls. In 2024, we reached 5,400 souls with impactful personal safety skills.
